Painting With Light Tips

1. Avoid overexposure.

2. No light source on your lens.

3. Make sure that the light painter does not stay in the frame or is not situated close to the light (otherwise, the light painter will appear ghost-like).

4. Make sure the subject doesn't move.

5. If creating a streak with light, have the light source move.

6. Make sure the background is dark.

7. Don't have the ISO so high.

8. Make sure the shutter speed is put to whole second(s).

9. Make sure the light is bright.

10. Don't move the camera, move the object.
